The Big Five Personality Theory and Organizational Commitment

The purpose of the systematic review at hand is to study connection between personality traits Big Five theory, in correlation organizational commitment. As a first step, we will focus on theoretical background notion providing specific information from literature. We then, continue with describing methodology that researchers have followed analogies, and finally discuss our findings try interpret by posing recommendations for applications further future research.
